We have discovered that some combinations of browsers and mail programs do not function properly for our purpose; we are developing a fix. Until the fix is available - when submitting the form(s) on the missing or incorrect data pages, if you do not see an e-mail message appear with the form data ready to be sent, after the Submit button is clicked, please send the Webmaster (see link below) a synopsis of the data problem.
